I don't get to play it nearly often enough. 7th Edition did shift a little closer to Flames of War than it did away from it. Interestingly the Grim Resolve Ability for Dark Angels where they overwatch like crazy is kinda cool to see. Makes charging them a serious life decision!Unorthodoxyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01577407895720451428noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6717820694387825462.post-7784588342696476012015-09-01T06:48:51.363-07:002015-09-01T06:48:51.363-07:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.cyrpahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04682047083509164448noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6717820694387825462.post-29916705849416477242015-09-01T06:48:50.773-07:002015-09-01T06:48:50.773-07:00Found this topic trough google.

Epic armageddon has some similiar mechanics in it's rules.

I would love to see a ruleset that has this kind of stuff in it. Especially pinning and the use of blast markers to visualize the fact that unit is under mental stress from coming under fire is nice mechanism. cyrpahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04682047083509164448noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6717820694387825462.post-46277565905655916812015-09-01T06:43:30.430-07:002015-09-01T06:43:30.430-07:00Found this topic trough google.

My question to you is, instead of focusing on that, what are your general thoughts on adopting Flames of War ELEMENTS for 40K and which ones would those be?Unorthodoxyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01577407895720451428noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6717820694387825462.post-50616602582644105262012-01-10T07:25:50.774-08:002012-01-10T07:25:50.774-08:004e 40k had that bullshit for Transports, it's ...4e 40k had that bullshit for Transports, it's why they weren't used.
